On July 22nd, NRCan hosted a webinar at HRAI’s request focused on Heat Pump Eligibility Information related to the federal Greener Homes Program. A copy of the slide deck can be found here: English / Francais.
Some members remain unsatisfied with the answers being provided by NRCan to their questions, especially concerning product eligibility. HRAI invites members to let us know what your concerns are so we can bring them forward to NRCan (where appropriate) as industry-wide concerns or to assist in connecting with the right personnel.
Recognizing these ongoing concerns, NRCan has committed to meeting with HRAI and some of its members on a monthly basis to focus on improvements that will make it work more constructively for the industry. The first such meeting is August 25th. As these meetings unfold, HRAI will advise members on changes and/or clarifications that come out of the process.
